T4M will only launch with the solo/coop version, it will not work with the mp. It unflags fov related "cheats" and works on every map, even online in other coop games.
I'd recommend you don't use any third party software like "fov scaler", trainers and has punkbuster as anti cheat though I am uncertain of the state of it.
Now pretty desperate to find a solution that works, but neither I tried downloading a couple of third-party programs as I am WaW is not VAC secured so I don't have to worry about that.
